Weekly Exercise

 

You have to complete the following exercises:

 

  • 25 star jumps

 

  • Running on the spot for 2 minutes without stopping

 

  • 10 jumps from crouch position to pencil stretch

 

  • 10 alternate knee to elbow touches

 

Challenge 

 

To touch your toes WITHOUT bending your knees by the end of week 5! 

 

How is it going? Remember to do small bounces and slowly.
