Weekly Exercise

 

You have to complete the following exercises:

 

  • 30 star jumps

 

  • Running on the spot for 2 minutes without stopping

 

  • 15 jumps from crouch position to pencil stretch

 

Challenge 

 

To touch your toes WITHOUT bending your knees by the end of week 5!
