Year 3 Gallery
On the 14th May 2007 as Year 1 we went to Westleigh High School as part of our topic on structures and buildings.

During the day we learnt about different man-made and natural materials. We also make a small wooden and cardboard house and a 'real' wall using 6 bricks.

On Wednesday 22nd November 2006 we visited Bolton Toy museum as part of our Topic for Autumn term 1 'Toys.'

In the morning we had the chance to look at dolls old and new and other toys in the cabinets. |
We experienced and explored clockwork toys such as trains, animals and cars. |
We looked at Victorian word games and dolls, toys with levers, hoop-la aiming games, wooden toys... |

... dressing-up clothes, we looked at a puppet theatre and lots more! |  |
| After our lunch, in the afternoon we explored the aquarium. |  |
We had a question and answer time with Peter concerning the fish. We watched the fish being fed with fish food, dead fish, peas, broccoli and mussels!! |
