Year 6 - Mrs J Shorrock
In September, the Year 6 children spent a week (along with the adults!) at Lowbank Ground in Coniston. The children really challenged themselves throughout the week to achieve their personal goals and overcome their fears; during the week, they completed lots of outdoor activities such as ghyll scrambling, canoeing, kayaking and orienteering. Even the wet weather could not dampen our spirits! The children made the Year 6 team incredibly proud, demonstrating values that will ensure a very successful year: resilience, teamwork, passion, togetherness and positivity.
As a class, Year 6 is a kind, loyal committed team who have already shown that they will work hard with the aim of achieving great things this year. We enjoy class life and look forward to making our final year at Tyldesley Primary School the best yet!
